This is a small independent tool. If something is broken or wrong, writing in is the only way it gets fixed.
Worth writing in about
An image that will not compress, or comes back corrupted. Please say which browser and which file type — HEIC photos straight from an iPhone are the usual culprit.
A size limit quoted on a page that no longer matches what the portal actually accepts. A link to the official instruction page helps enormously.
A target size you needed that this site does not have a page for.
What we cannot help with
We cannot upload anything to a form on your behalf, recover an image you have already overwritten, or tell you whether a particular application was accepted. We have no connection to any of the portals people use this tool for.
